Family Tree is a Licensed Agency in China

Due to a variety of social, cultural and financial reasons, there are children available for adoption from The People’s Republic of China. The children, while mostly female, are infants, toddlers and school age. Please refer to the Qualifications section to see what age child you may qualify for.

Abandoned infants and children are for the most part cared for in government run orphanages after an attempt has been made to locate the birth family. Some orphanages place the children in foster care.

The children from China are beautiful and they are truly a gift to those who choose to adopt them. While the children are generally healthy it is important to remember that they have been in an orphanage and that it is not uncommon for them to have physical and or developmental delays, colds or respiratory infections, rashes etc. While every child is different, most of these children flourish once placed with their adoptive family.
