Welcome to Family Tree Adoption Agency. Family Tree Adoption Agency was founded in 1991 by Lucinda Fabozzi and Dianna McGreevy and is a New York State authorized non-profit organization. The Agency was formed from the personal adoption experience of Lucinda Fabozzi. The Agency is a small, community-based agency whose goal is to provide quality adoption services. We are proud to be able to offer clients the close personal attention that adoption truly demands and deserves.

Lithuania
Lithuania is a beautiful country situated on the Baltic Sea. The country is very European in its feel and government and boasts gorgeous ancient architecture and churches with soaring spires. The warm and friendly people, rolling hills, lakes and rivers of the country and the delicious food of Lithuania make this country a very special place .
Lithuania has a very good health care and foster care system in place for its citizens and children. Lithuania is a country that has emerged from the ashes of the world wars and is becoming a global and European destination.
The Children Available From Lithuania
Families of Lithuanian heritage are given preference to adopt in Lithuania.
Due to a variety of past societal, cultural and financial reasons, there are children available for adoption from Lithuania. The children available are mostly older, sibling groups and special needs children.
Children, ages 8+ are available for adoption as well as siblings and children with special needs. Lithuania will allow a family to adopt 2 ( or more)siblings.
Family Tree will make every effort to place children with special needs, older children and sibling groups as priority. Family Tree has many Special Needs Lithuanian children available for adoption along with some medical information . Most of the children available are sibling groups and most are classified as special needs children.. Lithuania does not allow agencies to 'post' pictures of the children available to adopt, due to their privacy laws. Any family who is interested in seeing the available children are encouraged to email cindi@familytreeadoption.org
Families are asked to be flexible about the age and gender of the child they hope to adopt from Lithuania.
It is important to remember that the childrenhave been in an orphanage/institutional setting and that it is not uncommon for them to have physical and or developmental delays, colds or upper respiratory infections, rashes etc. While every child is different, most of these children flourish once placed with their adoptive family.
